We look forward to hosting your special occasion. Please review our booking guidelines below.
Booking Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- A booking confirmation receipt will be shared upon payment.
- Tentative holds without payment are not considered confirmed.
Payment Terms
- 30% advance at the time of booking.
- 50% payment to be completed 7 days before the event.
- Full payment (100%) must be cleared 24 hours prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the event:
➝ 25% of advance will be deducted. - Cancellation 15–29 days before the event:
➝ 50% of advance will be deducted. - Cancellation less than 15 days before the event:
➝ Advance amount is non-refundable. - Date change requests are subject to availability and management approval.
Event Timings
- Venue usage is allowed strictly as per the booked time slot.
- Any extension beyond the booked hours will be charged additionally.
- Setup and dismantling must be completed within the allotted time.
Property Care
- Clients are requested to maintain cleanliness and decorum.
- Any damage to property, furniture, or fittings will be chargeable.
- Use of firecrackers, open flames, or hazardous items is not allowed without prior permission.
Music & Permissions
- Music and sound must comply with local government rules.
- Required permissions (music, liquor, special activities) are to be arranged by the client.
Parking & Security
- Ample parking space is available for guests.
- Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
